  • We just bought our Rottweiler mix named Ellie at Petland Norwin this past Sunday! You can tell the good care and love they have for their pets! They also have amazing deals on random items! I would highly recommend this rescue shelter/store to anyone!

  • The manager Mindy and the two groomers, Melissa and Taylor, are awesome! My rescue mini dachshund, Trixie, had a back injury last year and I’m terrified of it happening again. She’s not a fan of getting her nails trimmed and I worry about her squirming and hurting herself again. Mindy and the groomers always take their time, working together, to make sure that she is held properly while she gets her nails done. I am so grateful for their compassionate ways with my baby. I trust no one else to do her nails. They are the best!

  • I got both my dogs from here (Simba and Luna) and I don’t trust anyone else to take care of my dogs when we go out. I love all of the staff they’re always incredibly helpful truly care about their pets.

  • When we lost both our dogs within a month of each other, there was an unmistakable void in our house and hearts. Knowing we wanted to rescue again, I filled out adoption applications at various shelters and rescue groups only to find many of these organizations were very difficult, if not unpleasant, to work with. Some were downright difficult and rude, turning what should have been a heartwarming and exciting experience into a frustrating and disheartening situation for my family. I didn't think it should be so hard to give a dog a home! Disappointed, we backed off of our search and began considering a breeder. A few days later, a friend sent us a link to Petland's newest rescue puppies and the rest is history. Jamie L. was incredible about answering our questions, communicating with us, and extending a kindness the other places and people hadn't. We adopted our sweet Charlie within 48-hours and continue to be so grateful for her furry face and Petland's amazing staff. There are already so many benefits to adopting a rescue, and Petland certainly makes it worth it with their knowledgeable staff and "extras," ie: microchipping, initial vaccines, etc. So very thankful for Petland, Jamie, and our snuggly puppy! THANK YOUUUU!!!!

  • All the girls here are so friendly, knowledgable and helpful!! Kaitlyn in particular has gone above and beyond with her customer care!!! We put a down payment on a bird who isn't ready to come home yet and she has been keeping us updated on him. She has sent photos and videos! If you are interested in getting a pet, they take extra care of theirs and their customer service is impeccable!!! I highly recommend!!!

  • Our dog is 20 years old and the PETLAND staff treats him so well. He is able to eat and drink on demand and we know he is taken care of. Jack has been going to PETLAND every so often this last month and we take advantage of the pre-payment plan for 30 visits. Thank you PETLAND for the affordability and great care of Jack.

  • Just love the owners and staff at NH petland. So kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and truly care about your pets. They have always gone above and beyond to help us with nutrition and any special issues we may be facing. We also adopted a rescue kitten there in October and everything went smoothly! They are very thorough when finding homes and we appreciate knowing all pets are cared for in that manner! ???????
