Blue Tongue Skink Reptiles for Sale

Blue Tongue Skinks are hardy, docile lizards that make great pets due to their curious nature and ease of handling. They require a spacious horizontal enclosure (at least 40 gallons for adults) with a basking spot around 95°F and a cool side around 75°F. A UVB light is recommended for their health.

Their diet is omnivorous, consisting of vegetables, fruits, and protein sources like insects, cooked eggs, or lean meat. A balanced diet is crucial to prevent nutritional deficiencies. Their enclosure should have a loose, burrow-friendly substrate, hiding spots, and a shallow water dish.

With proper care, they can live 15–20 years, making them a long-term commitment but a rewarding, low-maintenance pet.
